Production Operators**
 are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications. They will safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools, follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork, and support site goals and initiatives.

  • Fabrication/Press Operationyou will safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment to meet expected production rates. These duties include operating molding presses, inspection of parts, packaging and labeling of parts, washing of parts, and tending to the oven room. You will work closely with QC inspectors while running jobs by communicating changes or issues regarding part and process quality. You will also work with closely with the Set-Up Team and Production Leads to ensure consistent and efficient operation of equipment to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals.

  • Gland Cell Operation: you will safely and efficiently operate gland equipment; including presses, Hahn arms visions, ovens, and pressure testing equipment. You’ll work closely with QC inspectors while running jobs by communicating changes or issues regarding part and process quality. You’ll also work closely with Gland Utility and Production Leads to ensure consistent and efficient operation of equipment to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals. Gland cell operators will be required to run press and ensure vision cell is producing to expected rates.

  • Mill Room Operationyou will set up, prepare, and mill materials that meet quality specifications for use in production areas. Work closely with Production Leads to ensure consistent and efficient operation of equipment to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals. Report to work on each scheduled day and assist with training or other duties assigned by Supervisor as needed.

Other Opportunities

The Quality Control Inspector works as part of the Quality team, you will inspect parts for conformance with engineering specifications and established quality standards. You will ensure that items are being inspected in the appropriate order so that customer requirements and shipments are met, perform various inspection duties, and prepare and maintain accurate documents and reports as needed.

  • 5th Shift (1 Opening)

10:30 am – 10:30 pm, with a paid lunch. Saturday and Sunday

PLUS two 8 hour shifts during the week on 2nd shift from 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday evenings
