Personal Assistant -Part time
Job duties include but are not limited to:
– Mail/courier/messenger – opening, scheduling, delivery, tracking
– Scanning/ Filing
– Phone calls
– Internet research
– Shopping, returns
– Organizing, arranging
– Calendar and contact upkeep
-Computer proficiency – Outlook, Calendars, word, scanning.
-Excel including ability to set-up and maintain spreadsheets with basic formulas
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 – $550.00 per week
- 8 hour shift
- Commission pay
- Multiple locations
