This year we are doubling down on our expansion into new verticals where we can deliver significant value to new customer segments. Our most innovative service, ToxDirect™, is a paradigm shifting solution that enables gold standard drug testing to be performed in a remote setting. ToxDirect™, the first and only service of its kind, is a DNA-authenticated, quantitative, remote urine drug test (rUDT) offering the most private, convenient, and accurate drug test solution ever created.

We need to deliver more trustworthy, technical, and captivating content to stakeholders across Genotox’ purview and within new markets in a consistent and proactive manner.
Genotox’ Brand Manager is an integral part of the Sales and Business Development teams, helping support the significant business growth forecasted over the next 24 months. This role will report to the Director of Sales and work in conjunction with the entire sales organization. The right candidate will be an organized, tech-savvy, collaborative, and creative individual who is hungry to grow with the company as we launch innovative product(s) into new markets. Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate driven marketing campaigns including complimentary digital content.• Support paid media initiatives.• Co-market with corporate partners.• Design email campaigns and complimentary content.• Design, organize, and facilitate webinar events.• Design, organize, and facilitate in person events.• Create original digital content and marketing material.• Source third party companies to assist in production of material (if necessary).• Manage content on all Genotox’ social media and online platforms, including website(s).• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and producing comprehensive reporting to explain metrics and outcomes to management.• Infuse best practices, insights, and optimization strategies into all campaign support.• Collaborate with Genotox’ Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Lab Management teams to understand content needs from each department.• Manage key tasks related to campaign requests, budgeting, and documentation.• Advocate for content discovery and planning, ensuring the right content activities are prioritized and executed.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
• Strong desire to take charge and own marketing content creation and campaigns.• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques.• Advanced digital marketing content design capabilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.• Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.• Analytical and reporting skills.• 1-3 years marketing experience.• Familiarity with marketing software and content creation software tools (proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Spark), and video editing software.
• >1 year experience in front-end web design.• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
